Competence categories

Today we helt an interesting lesson pedagogical activity with Tainan Poutanen.In the beginning we were divided into several group ,after working on the topic;Remembering a successful event during your career and answered guesstions .
1.What did you do?
2.What kind of competencies and skills did you use?
3.Which were your strengths?
4.What else did you need?
5.What did you learn from yourself?
In each group exchanged views and created their competence,technical skills,strengths 
of each ,and what else is needed for development ,after discussion in the group we are 
on a paper presented our competence.

17.04.We attended visual art lesson Kauriala high school.

The special equipment of the workshops was on the highest level ,are the most necessary materials ( paper  of different types,colors ICT technologies, metal, plastic and tools ) to run art works .Students engaged in project work .The were different project,fashion design, interior street, the decoration of the book.Each student is treated his work of special interest.

Work based learning as a sustainable practice in vocational education and training.

On this day we were in Lahti where there was international educational event. A lot of new,interesting techniques well as students of vocational schools showed a master class at the highest level it was very,very interesting.
